We've created this delicious peanut brittle that has been infused with Ironstone Farm's Bendigo Dark Rum, to give a nice warm caramel and vanilla aroma and flavour.
 
Our Dark Rum Brittle has a beautiful crunch, amazing texture and a delicious buttery and caramel finish.
 
Our brittle is made using 100% Australian ingredients. We DO NOT add any artificial colours, flavours or syrups to our brittle. The brittle is naturally gluten free.
